Madi Davis joins Sawyer Fredericks on his A Good Storm Tour for five shows–McKinney, San Antonio, Austin, Houston, TX and New Orleans, LA.

McKinney singer-songwriter Madi Davis ended her run on NBC’s 'The Voice' as a Top 6 semi-finalist. She shared her heart and artistry singing arrangements of classics like 'Big Girls Don't Cry,' 'Girls Just Want to Have Fun,' and 'A Case of You' by Joni Mitchell. Fresh off of her recent endeavors on 'The Voice,' Davis went to work on an original, full length album. Her new release 'Above the Waves' contains songs that reflect her experiences on and off the show. She capitalizes on emotions and truth with her songwriting, and the release captures everything we have come to love from Davis as a singer-songwriter.

Sawyer Fredericks’ stark honesty and soulful delivery turned him into a national phenomenon during the eighth season of 'The Voice.' As part of “Team Pharrell,” he emerged as the youngest victor in the show’s history at just 16 years old. Moreover, he made ‘The Voice’ history, becoming the first artist to land 14 songs in the iTunes Overall Top 200 Songs Chart in one week. All in all, his digital sales exceeded 1 million cumulative singles, making him one of the show’s most successful artists ever.

Madi Davis was well received by the crowd and Judges at The Texas Legends -- Battle of the Legends and has moved on to the semi-finals round. This American Idol style competition was open to all musical artists -- solo to full band, acoustic to electronic. Hosted by Rock 101 Grill and the NBA D-League franchise, Texas Legends. The winner of the competition will receive the chance to record a five-song EP, plus the opportunity to perform live during halftime of a Legends game and the team's 2015 Freedom Fest.

Madi competed week four of the competition on August 7th. The Judges that evening were Rick Da Woolf, partyinradio.com, Travis Blakeley, Texas Legends Senior Account Executive, and Clarke Wilcox, Music Manager. Mr. Wilcox started the judges comments on a positive note with, "I could cut hit records on that voice."

Battle of the Legends judge, Rick Da Woolf, thought Madi's performance was "Controlled, Captured & Connected." She sang, Say Something & Latch and Travis Blakeley, Texas Legends Senior Account Executive and judge said that he thought Madi has "something really special. Something that transcended this stage."

Madi Davis' semi-finals round takes place at Rock 101, Thursday, September 18th, 2014. Rock 101 Grill is located at 2833 West Eldorado Parkway, Suite 301, in Frisco, TX. We hope to see you there!

Madi Davis, A. D. A. P. T. Winner of the BH Music Studios Fall Showcase

Madi Davis was chosen as best A. D .A. P. T. student performer for the BH Music Studio Fall Showcase, October 20th, 2013. Held at the packed, Rock 101 Patio Grill in Little Elm, TX - performers of all ages showed their musicality. Covers, accompaniment and original songs rocked the venue.

Official videos from the event are not yet available but a rough cut of Madi's Original, Sleeves, has been uploaded to YouTube (click here for link). It is a song about overcoming self doubt, self mutilation and the trend "cutting". (110113 New Official Video now online: Click Here To View, Sleeves.)

As the closing artist, Madi performed, Over the Love, Florence + The Machine Cover from the Movie, The Great Gatsby.
