The second playlist in my series “On the 23rd day” is one that I used as an aid in my meditations on moderation and temperance. This year contained many lessons about self discipline and recovery for me. As always, I maintained my reliance on music to help me bring these concepts into the forefront of my consciousness. It contains songs by some of my absolute favorite artists, including Mariah Carey, Missy Elliott, Moses Sumney, Big Thief, Prince and many more. Enjoy the 23rd day, and happy listening!
